Lack of trust in funding is why philanthropy in Asia has not yet come into
its own, according to the Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy

The two challenges facing the Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy (CAP) on its 30th year are that of remaining relevant in the face of changing circumstances and finding sustained funding sources to enable nonprofit organizations (NPOs) to continue functioning. This observation was made by Rati Forbes, CAP Board Chair at the 30th anniversary celebrations of the organization on November 9, 2016 at The Sassy Spoon at Nariman Point.
