Parsiana’s strengths: We enjoy reading about the activities of the community through your magazine.

Parsiana’s strengths: Parsiana has done a great service to the Parsi community worldwide. It has helped my family to understand how much talent exists within our microscopic community. Your magazine serves to reflect the views of many, many Parsis on what should or should not be done to save our tiny community from extinction. Thank you, Parsiana.

Parsiana’s shortcomings: Every year your subscription rates are increased by Rs 100 although most of the issues are sponsored, in addition to advertisement income. S. GOTLA
The editors reply
We reluctantly increase the subscription rates once every two years or so to keep pace with inflation. Subscriptions account for around 20% of our income. The sponsorship revenue in a regular issue covers the postal costs and a little more. Except for the March 7 and August 7 New Year issues, the remaining 22 issues incur a loss.
Parsiana’s strengths: It is an interesting, comprehensive publication giving news and views about the Parsi community in India and abroad. Dr MAHRUKH K. JOSHI

Parsiana’s strengths: Keep up the good work. As I said last year, I read it from page one to the last page. Always wait for the next issue eagerly. I am an old woman (85) but save my eyesight only for Parsiana as I have one good eye and have to take care and not overuse it.

We trust Parsiana will continue to live up to your expectations.
Parsiana’s strengths: Parsiana is doing yeoman service for the community. Zoroastrians, I feel, are still the most educated in thoughts, words and deeds, which is seen through sharing and caring by journalists and magazines such as yours that provide information without which we would be absolutely lost. Long live the Parsiana fraternity. At least 10+ persons read my copy of the magazine.
