Died: Sam Phiroze Rao (pictured), 89, well-known architect, engineer and surveyor who was considered an authority on property laws, valuation and assessment of taxes; on November 21, 2019 in Bombay following complications arising from a spinal fracture. "He was ramrod straight, both in his physical deportment as well as in his character.
