Dadrawala’s term

"Despite challenges, you’ve retained your optimism, dedication, and constructive engagement. It’s an honor working with you,” president of International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) Prof Douglas Rutzen of Georgetown University Law Center said when chief executive officer of the Centre of Philanthropy Noshir Dadrawala completed two terms of office, each of three years on the board of the ICNL. Chairperson of ICNL and professor at Sutherland School of Law, University College, Dublin, Dr Oongah Breen referred to him as a "reliable Indian knowledge source.”

It was "a poignant moment for me” Bombay Parsi Punchayet trustee Dadrawala, told Parsiana on June 9, 2018. "Six years flew by fast. It has been an honor, privilege and a phenomenally enriching experience,” he added. He now joins their advisory committee and "can continue to contribute.” According to ICNL’s website, their mission is to "seek a legal environment that strengthens civil society, advances the freedoms of association and assembly, fosters philanthropy, and enables public participation around the world.”
A note from Dadrawala’s office states that he has actively worked with ICNL on several research programs, the most recent being "The Philanthropy Law Reports” supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which gives an overview of the laws governing nongovernmental organizations in India.
