A new child psychology department and an IVF (in-vitro fertilization) center has been added to the Hospital, noted medical director Dr Vispi Jokhi in a foreword to the newsletter. A decision has been taken to start a cardiology department. "This tertiary service will add a new dimension to the Hospital and enable it to grow further,” noted Jokhi. The Hospital’s dialysis center is poised for "an increase in bed strength from nine to14 beds, with a facility for night dialysis on the anvil,” stated the newsletter.
