When Zarathushtis are admitted to a hospital, especially when a person is shifted to an ICU (intensive care unit), their clothes, including sudreh and kusti, are removed. Visitors are restricted entry. Should the patient expire, the staff must therefore be requested to make the patient don the sudreh and kusti.
