"Formal education has nothing to do with the overall success of a person. There is no list of dos and don’ts. There is no substitute for hard work,” stressed Rustom Engineer of Houston who worked as an automotive engineer for 20 years before he decided to quit and launch his independent business. "My wife thought I was in a mid-life crisis,” he jested when sharing his views as moderator for the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce (WZCC) panel that offered "Insights into Successful Entrepreneurship” on the second day of the 11th World Zoroastrian Congress (11WZC) in Perth in June 2018.
