On a slippery hill

When Khareghat Colony resident Dr Shanaz Khodaiji was woken up by a series of rumbles at about 5:30 a.m. on September 22, 2020, she found that the eight-foot retaining compound wall near her ground floor flat in Building No. 5 had collapsed.
