Family members, friends, office bearers of The Bombay Parsee Association (BPA) garlanded the statue of Sir Hormusji Cowasjee Dinshaw (Adenwalla) on his 165th birth anniversary on April 4, 2023. BPA president emeritus, Vispi Dastur mentioned the highlights of Dinshaw’s life and achievements: founder-patron of The BPA; founder-patron of the Iran League (IL); The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Limited, among others. Among those who spoke were Cmde Aspi Marker (retd), president of the Federation of Zoroastrian Associations for Welfare and Culture Adi Mehta, and Marzban Wadia. Representatives of The BPA, IL, Cowasjee Dinshaw Trust, Navsari Parsee Association and the Bombay Municipal Corporation garlanded the statue along with others.
