Senior partner at Dua Associates Shiraz Patodia was recognized by Forbes India as "Top Individual Lawyer” in litigation and international trade practices. She was part of the Legal Power list and received her award from Supreme Court Justice Sanjeev Khanna. Patodia is the lawyer for and sister of Goolrookh Gupta who is fighting in the Supreme Court for her right to enter the fire temple and doongerwadi in her hometown of Valsad. The local anjuman had passed a resolution barring entry to both places to intermarried Zoroastrian women.
