100 percent results

The management of The Parsee Girls’ School Association, which runs the Bai B. S. Bengallee Girls’ High School at Churchgate and the Bai M. N. Gamadia Girls’ High School at Princess Street in Bombay, has announced 100 percent results in the 2011 SSC examinations. Kersi K. Commissariat, honorary treasurer, in a press release sent to Parsiana mentions that students of these schools graduate with consistently brilliant results.  Bai B. S. Bengallee Girls High School (far left) and Bai M. N. Gamadia Girls’ High School Of the 49 students who appeared for the school leaving examination from Bengallee School, 41 passed with distinction, seven in the first class and one in the second class. For the Gamadia School where a total of 47 appeared, the break-up is 36 passing with distinction and 11 in the first class. In addition to academic education, the schools offer extra curricular activities for the all round mental and physical well being of students. These include computer education, Indian and Western music, Indian dance, martial arts, elocution, home science, Bulbul and Girl Guide activities, the press release mentions.
