Let me congratulate you on your editorial, "A grave matter” (Parsiana, May 7-20, 2021). You have taken the stubborn orthodox bull by the horns to try and wrestle it into submission by putting forth the case for having part of the Doongerwadi grounds reserved for the burial of Covid victims.
Grave is the situation we find ourselves in where logic and reason take a backseat to dogmatic traditional thought.
Change is the only constant, and we have adapted over centuries in India to reach where we stand today. Make our children proud by applying wisdom where it is sorely needed. Our ancestors......
