Physician Dr Binaaz Mistry’s book of poems titled Mind It, on the subject of mental illness, comprises 60 poems. Written as a continuing narrative with a plot and various characters, incorporating elements of drama, romance, references to nature, the book aims to create connection, curiosity and empathy for a difficult medical condition.

The poems are all in quatrains, for example: "Minds unhealthy, judged unfit/ Neglected, feeling like misfits/ If each of us can do our bit/ Pledging hereon: let’s MIND IT.”
