ZTFI trustee Yasmin Mistry spoke about the various activities of the organization such as providing monthly monetary help, feeding families, holding youth camps, and conducting health checks. A lucky draw followed, for which prizes were given away by ZTFI trustees and committee members. The game of passing the parcel elicited much enthusiasm. The one left holding the parcel had to sing a song, and instead of shying away people sang their favorite songs with gusto with the audience joining in and clapping to the music, the email reveals.
The evening ended with a vote of thanks by Yasmin Mistry, who expressed gratitude to the trustees of the Salsette Parsi Association and all those who had helped make it a success. As the still happily humming crowd left the premises, each one was given a dinner box to take home.
