The newly constructed T. T. Apartment, meant for the needy, deserving and young couples with children in addition to existing tenants of the redeveloped building, was inaugurated on September 18, 2016 with the ribbon cut by young Natasha Kurush Sidhwa, daughter of the panthaky Ervad Kurush Sidhwa, Marazban Baria, managing trustee of the Bilimora Parsi Zarthoshti Anjuman Trust Funds, shared via email. A jashan was performed on the building premises in the presence of many humdins of Bilimora.

Among those felicitated on the occasion were both the priests of Bilimora; advocate and legal advisor Pankaj Mody for his valuable help and advice during the construction work and also the regular work of the trust; architect Girish Patel who took personal interest in supervising and guiding the project from start to finish; contractor Naresh Patel who worked hard to ensure that the project, including the installing of the lift, was completed in just 11 months, the email notes.
Baria also expressed appreciation for his fellow trustees and office staff without whom such a herculean task would not have been achieved in such a short time.
