There were several photographic studios located on Kalbadevi Road in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Among the well-known Parsi photographers on the stretch were S. Hormusjee and D. Nusserwanjee.
I would be grateful for any information, anecdotes, family histories, recollections on these photographic studios. Further, there were also studios like P. Gomes & Co and EOS Photographic Company at Kalbadevi Road. Any information on these would also be welcome.
