Surmounting all odds the 12th World Zoroastrian Congress was able
to draw nearly 1,200 delegates, including 400 youth, to New York

Thirty-six mobeds and mobedyars from different countries, in diverse age-groups, both males and females, clothed in varying attires in white, walked up the central aisle in pairs bearing lamps in their hands before proceeding to the dais. At the inauguration of the 12th World Zoroastrian Congress (12WZC) at the New York Hilton Midtown on July 1, 2022 they epitomized the theme "Bridging the Global Zarathushti Existence.”
