Ninety-six school and college students from Std 1 to those pursuing higher studies received cash prizes and gifts at the 13th annual prize distribution program organized by the World Zoroastrian Organisation Trust Funds (WZOTF), Navsari, at a function at the Seervai Party Plot, Bai Dosibai Kotwal Parsee Orphanage on December 17, 2016, states an email received from Dinshaw Tamboly, managing trustee of WZOTF.

Cyrus Vandriwala of the local committee spoke of the various activities undertaken by WZOTF during the preceding year. Chief guest Percy Engineer, principal, faculty of architecture, Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology, Surat and guest of honor Sam Sachinwala, principal in charge of S. S. Agarwal Institute of Management and Technology, Navsari, Dara Deboo and Yazdi Kasad, trustees of the Navsari Samast Anjuman were on the dais. The dignitaries were felicitated by Sharmin Tamboly, Simin Bharda, Rohinton Contractor and Aspi Ambapardiwala, all members of the local WZOTF committee, the write-up notes. In their motivational addresses, the dignitaries shared their experiences and exhorted students to have a positive attitude and focused vision in order to attain their full potential.
Gulshan Vandriwala and Contractor announced the names of the top three achievers in each category. In his vote of thanks Ambapardiwala acknowledged the financial support received from Bachi and Dinshaw Tamboly of WZOTF, and the trustees of the Bai Dosibai Kotwal Parsee Orphanage, Kasad and Khurshed Desai, for providing the venue free of cost.
