BPP chairperson

Should not, in the interest of equity and justice, Anahita Desai be the chairperson of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) since she has obtained the largest tally of votes? The present chairwoman, Armaity Tirandaz, polled the least number of votes among the seven trustees elected on May 29, 2022. How can she continue as chairperson?
