Over 500 people from India and overseas have already registered for the third Iranshah Udvada Utsav (IUU) to be held in the south Gujarat town from December 27 to 29, 2019, noted core committee member Hoshaang Gotla on October 4. "Registration is online only (iuu.net.in) and though most people were skeptical of its success, we are sure that saving paper and having a proper record and database has worked for us,” noted Gotla. "The price they pay to register (Rs 1,000) — which is a donation towards the 
Foundation for Development of Udvada — is microscopic compared to the maja masti (the participants) will have at IUU 2019. The website does not indicate if the donation amount will remain the same after October 31. In 2017, the donation was increased to Rs 3,000 as the date of the Utsav neared.
Once an email confirmation is received from the organizers, registrants need to print the email and make payment by cheque or electronically. The form and payment details need to be submitted at The WZO Trust Funds, C-1, Hermes House, 3rd Floor, Mama Parmanand Marg, Opera House before October 31, 2019, noted an advertisement in the Parsi Press on October 5. The ticket entitles participants to enter all programs. Certain meals are included. Registrants have to make their own accommodation arrangements. A casual inquiry by Parsiana at two dharamshala and one hotel in Udvada indicated that rooms were already booked.
"We have great entertainment organized on the days of the Utsav,” Gotla noted. One of the stage shows planned is Amar Jyoti Zarathushtra to be presented by social worker Mithoo Jesia. Other entertainment programs are being finalized. "Felicitation details for the final day will be provided once we have confirmations,” he noted. Achievers in various fields have been recognized in past Utsavs. Lectures are planned before the entertainment events on December 27 and 28. Food on all days will be "lip smacking,” Gotla confirmed. Stalls set up by Zoroastrian entrepreneurs are also on the cards as was the case in previous Utsavs.
The code of conduct included on their website states that "Individuals are requested to dress appropriately for all the three days in Udvada, keeping in mind the sanctity of the place of pilgrimage. In case of indecent attire, he/she may be barred from attending the particular event.”
