The Parsi Lying-In Hospital (PLIH) has been in disuse for over 30 years. I have been a member of the Hospital Managing Committee (MC) for less than 10 years and efforts have been made by many to "revive” the institution.
Advocate Khushru Zaiwala feels: "More funds will be generated by the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) worth crores every year from PLIH by simply giving the rooms to individual doctors and allied medical faculty on registered license.”
