The prestige and history of Parsis and their contribution to the subcontinent is no secret. Even today in Pakistan people show awe and respect when I introduce myself as a Zarathushti. Something I’m very proud of.
On reading about Feroze Bhandara ("Land, largesse and legacy,” Zoroastrians Abroad, Parsiana, May 7, 2018) I can raise my head even higher. My father’s much younger sibling, I’m proud to say he’s my "Chacha,” as I call him.
He’s giving back to the community Houston’s first atash kadeh which will be open to all without discrimination! God bless him and the family.
