Regarding "Line of Control" (Parsiana, February 7, 2013), we would like to clarify two points in your article on the Federation of the Parsi Zoroastrian Anjumans of India meeting referring to the Iranian Zoroastrian Anjuman’s (IZA) decision on the disposal of its property in Palghar.
Firstly, the correspondence on this subject was circulated by IZA president Mehrwan Irani despite my objection and so I had to respond by circulating copies of trustees’ letters in reply. Secondly, Supreme Court Justice (Retd) Sam Variava had only opined that the trustees could sell. He was in no way involved in short listing Viva Builders, the prospective buyers, which was done entirely by the trustees. PARVEZ S. IRANI
