The Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) intends to move the Bombay High Court (BHC) for a postponement in the trusteeship election caused by the death on June 24 of trustee Zarir Bhathena, according to two trustees. The BPP election scheme requires elections to be held
between 28 and 90 days from the creation of a vacancy and also provides for the trustees to move the BHC for a postponement.
