I have read your editorial "Communication is the key” (Parsiana, February 7-20, 2022). When communication is lacking in any community matter which involves trusts and charitable institutions, the general perception is of mistrust, conflict of interest and personal gratification by the powers that be.
This has been our Achilles’ heel in all trust matters where the trustees have an imagined sense of ownership and entitlement much like the residents of our colonies and baugs. This needs to change in modern times of instant communication and referral. Fact checking is easily available to the informed public who cannot be hoodwinked by legalese and vague references.
The trustees should see reality.
