"There are seven Cs to survive a crisis: calmness, confidence, communication, collaboration, community, compassion, cash.” The lesson learnt from his professor at Harvard Business School and successfully implemented in his life was shared by Lord Karan Bilimoria of Chelsea in his talk on "Leading through crisis the Zoroastrian way.” He was addressing the delegates on the third day at the 12th World Zoroastrian Congress  (12WZC) in New York on July 3, 2022.
