Triennial elections for the Nagpur Parsi Gymkhana along with the annual general meeting (AGM) of the club were held on February 28, 2021 over Zoom. Seventy members, "which is more than the numbers that usually attend the meeting at the Dharamshala,” participated, notes honorary secretary Khurshid Dalal.

A resolution tabled at an earlier executive committee meeting to bestow the status of president emeritus to Shiraz Gimi was passed unanimously at the AGM. Gimi unfortunately succumbed to coronavirus on February 20.
Khushroo Poacha, the returning officer, announced the results of the elections: Taubenda Bhagwagar was elected president after Shiraz Doongaji stepped down, Dalal was elected honorary secretary, Gulrukh Mehta was elected joint secretary after Shernaz Daver resigned. All three were unopposed. The executive committee which added members Jasmine Irani and Zervin Rana includes Jamashp Bapuna, Cyrus Major, Shezad Doongaji, Vistasp Chinoy, Parheez Gimi, Nilufer Rana and Kaizad Taraporwalla.
