The bust of Poona’s Sardar Dastur Hormazdiar High School founder Sardar Dastur Hormazdiar Noshirwan Kaikobad Dastur was unveiled on February 24, 2023, the school’s silver jubilee, stated principal Farrah Gustaspi in a note to Parsiana.The chief guest for the evening, Behram Pudumjee, along with the guest of honor Mehernavaz Vakil, both trustees of the Sardar Dastur Schools Trust, lit the traditional lamp after which they switched on the lights to illuminate the entire school building. The musical Back to School "was a visual delight with scintillating dance performances and a wonderful display of the niche ex-students have created for themselves in the last 25 years.”

The national anthem was presented in sign language. "The students mimed it beautifully,” noted the principal. The school choir sang the school song with a vote of thanks being rendered by the head boy, Harsh Mutha.
Other educational institutes in the fold of the Sardar Dastur Schools Trust include the Bai Najamai Nosherwan Sardar Dastur Primary and Nursery School, The Sardar Dastur Hoshang Boys’ High School, The Sardar Dastur Nosherwan Girls’ School and the Sardar Dastur Hormuzdiar Junior College.
The Trust’s website states that the foundation of primary education by the Trust goes back to the establishment of the Sardar Dastur Nosherwan Girls’ High School which was established in 1893. "On the demise of (Poona’s) High Priest Sardar Dastur Nosherwan Jamasp on October 27, 1884, the Parsi community raised subscriptions to perpetuate the memory of their deeply venerated spiritual head.”
