“Hurdles to the Hospital”

This has reference to Dinshaw Mehta’s response "Hurdles to the Hospital” (Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, March 7, 2018) with respect to redevelopment of the Parsi Lying-In Hospital (PLIH). The question I have for Mehta is whether the Breach Candy Hospital (BCH) or Dr Keki Turel had given any detailed or concrete proposal in writing. Mehta  told Parsiana that these offers are in the Bombay Parsi Punchayet files. I am unable to find them and hence I wonder if Mehta would be kind enough to share these proposals/offers with me or better still with the entire community. I am not interested in who said or did what to whom and when. What matters to me and all my colleagues is the revival of PLIH. If BCH or Turel ever had a concrete offer/proposal (whether better than Krimson or not) and if they are still interested, let them approach us. The PLIH has been non-functional for almost three decades. What has happened is unfortunate and I am not interested in playing blame games. The need of the hour is solution and not argument!
