"Textile baron Gautam Singhania and his estranged wife Nawaz Modi Singhania have chosen to bury the hatchet and have reunited for a new life at the family’s luxurious home, JK House, according to sources close to the family,” reported Fortune India on April 6, 2025. The reconciliation came about a month earlier, and they are now together along with their two daughters, Niharika and Nisa, having "broadly decided on wealth inheritance,” sources told the magazine.

The couple separated in November 2023 after a 32-year relationship. Nawaz was removed from the boards of three privately held companies with the Raymond Group in April 2024, though she continued as director of Raymond Limited. However, she resigned from that post after returning to JK House, sources said.
