A Sanman Patra (certificate of honor/merit) was conferred on industrialist/philanthropist Sham Burjorji Sethna of Bharuch on January 25, 2007 by Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi and governor Naval Kishore Sharma, as part of the Republic Day celebrations.
