This article continues to narrate the efforts, largely forgotton, of barrister Dorabji Nasarvanji Bahadurji. In the first part ("The forgotten liberal - I,” Parsiana, March 7, 2018) we covered his involvement with Veer Nariman and Congress Party stalwarts. The Bahadurji committee Dadabahai Naoroji’s call for justice to his country through an appeal to Britain’s better nature, was cogently presented in his Poverty and Un-British Rule in India (1901).
