This article continues to narrate the efforts, largely forgotton, of barrister Dorabji Nasarvanji Bahadurji. In the first part ("The forgotten liberal - I,” Parsiana, March 7, 2018) we covered his involvement with Veer Nariman and Congress Party stalwarts. The Bahadurji committee Dadabahai Naoroji’s call for justice to his country through an appeal to Britain’s better nature, was cogently presented in his Poverty and Un-British Rule in India (1901). Three decades later, the subject of a fair deal for India remained important enough to be reinvestigated, updated and reformulated by Indian economists under the auspices of the Congress.        Dorabji Bahadurji: no......
