"My daughter Benaisha is my lucky mascot and my wife Delnaaz and mother Piroja are my pillars of strength. This honor is thanks to the blessings of Ahura Mazda and my loved ones. I feel proud to share this with my community and add to our rich heritage of the men and women who served the nation,” police inspector Cyrus Irani wrote to Parsiana. He was awarded the President’s Police Medal for meritorious service by the governor of Maharashtra Ch Vidyasagar Rao in the presence of Maharashtra chief minister among others, on July 25, 2019 at the Director of General Police Headquarters. Irani is presently attached to the Special Branch II CID of the Bombay Police.
