Son of Khursheed and Rustom Vajifdar, Cyrus was initiated into the priesthood on December 31, 2022 at Sethna Agiary, Tardeo under the guidance of Ervad Khushravi Palia. The ceremony was performed in memory of his late great-grandmother Mani Vajifdar.
Cyrus, aged 11, is the grandson of Nazneen and Khurshed Vajifdar and late Bapsy and Neville Mistry.
