A few months before the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trusteeship elections WAPIZ (World Alliance of Parsi Irani Zarthoshtis) had inducted Meher Panthaki as a trustee. Why was Anahita Desai not inducted at that time? Was she not worthy of being a WAPIZ trustee? Instead she became a worthy candidate for BPP trusteeship, more so than Tatas director Farrokh Kavarana!
