Of late I find Parsiana being received late, much after others get it. Could you please check as to the late delivery?

All inland issues are posted together on either 7 or 8, and 21 or 22 of each month. Since registered newspapers avail of concessional postage rates, they may not get as high a priority as first class mail. However some subscribers receive copies the next day......
