Murder threat for Mistry

The Bombay police have arrested two individuals, Rajan Surve and Mohammad M. H. for allegedly threatening to kill businessman and erstwhile Bombay Parsi Punchayet trustee Jimmy Mistry (pictured), reported The Indian Express (IE) of December 11, 2017.  Surve reportedly worked with Mistry for over 20 years before he was fired. The complainant, Raj Borude, a watchman at Della Tower where Mistry resides, reportedly told IE that "We were guarding the gate when suddenly two men got off from a car and started abusing.” They allegedly wanted to enter the building, but were stopped by Borude and his supervisor. Surve and Mohammad then reportedly "started abusing Mistry and threatened to kill him as well as both of us,” Borude was quoted as stating. A case was registered when the matter was reported to the Matunga police station. Surve was arrested from his Mira-Bhayander residence, and Mohammad was nabbed from Wadala.  ...
