“Rekindling the spirit”

Fifty-five adults and 27 children participated in the fourth Zoro Kids Club event in Hyderabad "rekindl(ing) the Christmas spirit which was amiss for many years,” said Club founder member Kunashni Davar about their December 16, 2018 celebration. Senior citizen Nazir Vakeel who had been the Santa to many of the present day parents donned Father Christmas’s clothes again. "The Zoroastrian Club (ZC) encouraged us (with a donation of Rs 10,000) and we thought it was a super idea for nallas and mottas (the young and the old),” Davar noted. Red and white was the mandatory dress code.
