The chief executive officer (CEO) of the Gold Seal Group (GSG) Urvaksh Aga received the Outstanding Achievement in Domestic Sales Award by the All India Rubber Industries Association in October 2023. The group was also given awards from Bajaj for outstanding quality of zero ppm (no defects in one million parts) for three consecutive years.

Founded by Hoshang Aga 60 years ago, the GSG started as the first Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and supplier of door seals and weatherstrips to the Indian automotive industry. The second generation of GSG, directors Cyrus Aga and Piloo Aga, expanded to form a joint venture with the German company SaarGummi, leading to the birth of Indo-German GoldSeal-SaarGummi India Pvt Ltd (GSSG).
The third generation comprises Khursheed, Darius and Urvaksh who managed the growth trajectory, aiming to make it a Rs 300 crore (USD 36 million) company by this year.
"GSG is continually investing in upgrading its designs and development tech center in the Bombay head office,” Piloo stated. Simultaneously "we are also increasing production capacities in the three other plants in Daman, Sanand (Ahmedabad) and Sriperumbudur (Madras), so that it meets the increasing demand for the export of rubber weatherstrips, door seals, window channels and windscreen finishers from its OEMs.”
