To facilitate online registration for the 10th World Zoroastrian Congress (WZC) to be held in Bombay from December 27-30, 2013, in addition to all the existing payment options available, delegates may now also pay by MasterCard and register for the 10th WZC before July 31, 2013 to avail of the early bird offer. For information and further updates, please visit our website ww.wzcmumbai.com
The Organizing Committee [OC consisting of the seven Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trustees, publisher Maneck Davar and BPP chief executive officer Mehli Colah — editors] is offering delegates an opportunity to market their brand/product/project at the WZC. This can be a platform to highlight the brand, form alliances and renew connections with the Zoroastrian community. Delegates may put up a stall (Rs 40,000 for a 2 x 2 sq m stall and Rs 75,000 for 2 x 4 sq m — editors) at the WZC venue, the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), or advertise in the Congress souvenir. The stall space is in a designated exhibition area near the Jamshed Bhabha Theatre, Tata Theatre and Experimental Theatre. These stalls can be used to present literature, demonstrate projects, display products or speak to other delegates. However, the sale of any material or product is not permitted at NCPA, except with the express permission of the OC.
A souvenir will be given to the delegates of the 10th WZC as well as to guests and invited speakers. Individuals/organizations who advertise in the souvenir will get a considerable amount of publicity and brand recall. The print run of the souvenir is approximately 5,000. As the souvenir would normally be a keepsake, sponsors will get mileage not only during the WZC, but afterwards as well. Your support through advertising will be highly valued.
Both these marketing opportunities will help delegates reach out to members of a unique and perceptive community. Those who wish to book stall space or advertise in the souvenir should contact Ashishwang Irani, manager, marketing and sales. Tel: +91-22-67341059, Email:
