Donation of organs

The donation of organs should not be compared with the donation of blood. Our body is composed of anasaars (subtle energy strings of solid, liquid, gaseous and fiery vibrating particles). When death occurs, the organs require to be disintegrated through the process of dakhmenashini. It seems that Aban agrees that donation of blood is good and should be done. Hopefully she is a blood donor on a regular basis. How about bone marrow? Is that okay in her view? I hope Aban never needs an organ.

I WONDER WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A LIVING PERSON'S DISEASED ORGAN IS REMOVED AND THE PERSON LEADS A HEALTHY NEW LIFE FOR THE NEXT 30/40/50 YEARS.
SHOULD THAT PERSON'S LIFE BE SHORTENED BY NOT REMOVING THE DISEASED ORGAN ?
