Let me put things in perspective as far as legalities and investigations are concerned following the demise of my 10-year-old son Farhaan Havewala ("Most horrendous episode,” Events and Personalities, Parsiana, January 7, 2018). I have visited the office of the deputy commissioner of police but they have not got the autopsy report yet.
I have also recently spoken to the authorities of B. J. Medical College where the autopsy had been performed and they have confirmed that the report is yet to be collected by the police and no statements have been made by them to anyone.
I have given my detailed statement to the appropriate authorities and we all are awaiting the autopsy results.
