"Many people said that I should not become a chef since my life would never be a normal one: no birthdays, no holidays, no anniversaries and no vacations, but little did they know that I was not looking for it to be easy,” says Canada based chef Ashtad Dadachanji. "I was looking to overcome the hurdles and come out victorious and I am still proud to say that after 15 years in the industry, I stand stronger than ever as a chef.”
