Shenaya Jambusarwala, corporate director, career planning and performance management at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, secured third place at the National Human Resource Development Network’s (NHRDN) Prof Ram Charan Young HR (human relations) Icon Awards 2016. The award was presented in Bangalore on December 8, 2016 by Prof Charan. The HR professional joined the Taj in 2008 and holds a master’s degree from Bombay University and an MSc in international employment relations and human resource management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
