With his penetrating eyes, goatee, keen intellect and cheerful disposition, Prof Kaikhosrov Irani was among the best known faces and names recognized and respected by the Zoroastrian community in North America and globally. His long-standing association with the Zoroastrian Association of Greater New York (ZAGNY), the Federation of Zoroastrian Associations of North America (FEZANA) and the World Zoroastrian Organisation (WZO) inspired architects of these institutions who acknowledged his profound influence on his passing away in New York on June 29, 2017 aged 95.
