Fancy, Calcutta!

Eighteen children dressed as a pencil crayon, an Oktober fest barmaid, Tinkerbell, and a Victorian zombie among others, all between one and 11-and-a-half years of age, participated in the annual fancy dress competition at the Calcutta Parsee Club on February 18, 2018, Club member Jimbo Vatcha noted in an email to Parsiana. The contestants had to walk along a three-sided ramp, stopping on each side so that the viewers could examine their costumes minutely, halting longer in front of the judges, noted Vatcha.
