In the article "My tryst with clefts" (Parsiana, September 21, 2017) it was erroneously mentioned that Dr Hirji Adenwalla has "performed over 5,00,000 free cleft surgeries."
The surgeries have been performed by various doctors of the Smile Train organization over a period of 17 years.
Parsiana regrets the error.
