Without going into the merits of the case, the Supreme Court (SC) has disposed of former Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) chairman Dinshaw Mehta’s and Armaity Tirandaz’s application regarding his objections to the redevelopment of the Parsi Lying-In Hospital (PLIH, pictured).
