“Fighting Ahriman’s army”

In response to Adi Doctor’s article "Fighting Ahriman’s army” (Parsiana, February 7, 2017), I would like to know which scriptures state that prayers for the dead should be said within a certain distance/radius/circumference of the dakhma. I do not know the distance between the dakhmas and the bunglis, but I do know that the upper bunglis like Hodiwala and Albless are closer to the wells than what are referred to as the lower bunglis.         Anjuman dakhma at Bombay’s Doongerwadi     Since Doctor states that Ahriman attacks souls that have prayers said in far off Andheri instead of at Kemps Corner, do I understand correctly that greater peace is bestowed on souls that depart from the Hodiwala and Albless bunglis than any other location, as they are closest to the dakhmas?  Can I also then presume that saying prayers inside the dakhmas would be most effective?             MEHROO KOTVAL mkotval@gmail.com  ...
