Yet another postage stamp will be issued by the Indian government commemorating Dr Dadabhai Naoroji later in 2017, his 100th death anniversary year, according to a communication from Vispi Dastur, president of the Empire of India Philatelic Society. The Grand Old Man of India has been honored twice previously: in 1963, with a 15 paise olive green 2.9 cm x 3.9 cm stamp to mark his birth anniversary that year (Naoroji was born on September 4, 1825).
